Austrian band in spirited tour

A BAND which has graced the majority of Europe with its music will be calling at Belper as part of its whistlestop tour of the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Freespirit, which is based in Vienna, will be performing at the Black Bull’s Head in Openwoodgate on August 22 as part of a tour which runs until October 30.
The band has been together since 2003, performing folk rock with their mix of 12 string guitar, bouzouki, bass and drums.
The free performance will begin at 8pm.
