Whatstandwell group ready for panto fun

THE classic fairy tale of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be coming to the stage in Holloway.
Whatstandwell Pantomime Group will present its production at The Florence Nightingale Memorial Hall from Thursday, February 4, until Saturday, February 6.

Snow White, played by Hannah Gascoyne, is helped by the dwarfs and a group of friendly animals after the wicked queen (Kathryn Mason) schemes to get rid of her.

Also on hand to help or to hinder are Bumble (Janet Holmes), a scary mirror (Robin Fretwell ), Prince Charming (Kate Edwards) and an apprentice wizard called Carrie Potter (Molly Scutt ).

This is Kate Edwards's second production as director for the group, which has presented a pantomime at the hall for the past 28 years.

The performances of the production are due to start at 7.30pm.

There is also a matinee performance on Saturday at 2.30pm.
