Madam,
I would like to express, through your letter pages, my appreciation to everyone in the Bakewell Division who voted for me in last week's County Council election.
I would like to congratulate Judith Twigg on her re-election as our county councillor.
Thank you, too, to those who worked tirelessly to support my campaign by designing, printing and delivering leaflets, canvassing and otherwise generously giving their time to the cause.
