Madam,
Not only is the new footbridge at Matlock Station a monstrosity in size and design but also in position. What about vehicular access to the station forecourt? The width of the access road has been reduced by half so it is now just possible for one car to pass the bridge to reach the station forecourt.
Is it going to be possible to take disabled passengers by car to the station buildings?

Will we be able to park at the station to meet passengers who may have luggage with them?

Are there plans for an alternative vehicular access?

Please publish this letter. I am afraid the writer appears to lack even basic knowledge of the layout of the new bus/railway station and his letter might provoke some response from the Authorities.
