Get out into the open air

Madam,
How lovely the park is in Matlock and a pleasure to sit in but what about the dismal dungeon-like market hall, why don't we have a lovely little open air market at the park head, surely a small patch could be found there, people would see it and walk around.
Whereas the dungeon odd stall make you feel ashamed to tell visitors where the market is when they ask you.
So come on Matlock, let's have a lovely open air market.
