Madam,
To the numerous motorists who were blithely driving on the A632, Matlock to Slack, Wirestone Lane and B5057 Sydnope Hill in heavy fog with either no lights or parking lights I have to congratulate you on your complete disregard both for the law and other road users.
Speed is not the sole cause of accidents but, of course, the dreaded speed camera will not register this particular offence.
