113 new homes planned for Crich

Gladman Developments is proposing to build the homes on land off Roes Lane, Crich.

The developer claims the homes would be of varying shapes and sizes and 30 per cent of them would be affordable.

The site would feature public open space with recreational facilities.

A leaflet has been distributed to 730 homes in Crich asking for residents’ views on the plans.
