Children from a Peak District town helped council bosses choose the equipment which will be included in a new play park.
Derbyshire Dales District Council held a consultation event on Tuesday and Wednesday to display the plans for the new facilities at Bakewell Recreation Ground.

Youngsters from the Bakewell area, including six-month-old Savannah Wright, had their say on the design drawings.

The district council has earmarked £200,000 to be split between the new Bakewell park and another one in Ashbourne.

The Big Lottery Fund has also granted £200,000 towards the projects.
