Bedlam at Eyam half marathon
Eyam Church youth group have raised £700 for homeless children by pulling a bed 13 miles.
The youngsters completed the Eyam half marathon in aid of Tearfund’s children at risk project, which supports children all over the world who don’t have a bed to sleep in at night.
It took the team three hours and 57 minutes to get round the course, despite having to carry the bed the last five miles after it fell down a ditch and lost a wheel at eight miles.
