Beeley man arrested on indecent exposure charge

A Beeley man has been charged with indecent exposure and sexual activity following three incidents in the area.

On Thursday, February 9, at 5.35pm police received reports from Dukes Barn, Beeley, of a man exposing himself to children through a window.

On Wednesday, February 29, at 7.25pm on Netherfield Close, Matlock, a man walked onto a property and exposed himself to a woman through a window.

On the same day at 7.45pm on Hurst Rise a man exposed himself through a window to a woman and her daughter.

The 21–year–old man was charged with two counts of sexual activity in the presence of a child and one count of indecent exposure and is due to attend North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates Court on Monday, June 11.
