mATLOCK engineer, Matthew Rogers, has been awarded membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
Matthew, 46, met all the requirements of the ICE’s Chartered Professional Review and is now entitled to add the letters MICE to his name.
He call also adopt the Institution’s own protected title of ‘Chartered Civil Engineer’.
Malcolm Jackson, ICE East Midlands regional director, said: “Achieving chartered civil engineer status is a significant personal and career achievement and we welcome Matthew into ICE.”
Matthew said: “The importance of being chartered has grown and I now see it as essential as a tool to demonstrate competence.”
