Seasoned Cookery School is welcoming another Masterchef finalist to their team of chefs this Spring.
James Perry – who was one of the top five contestants in 2011 – will be leading the new ‘puddings and patisserie’ course which aims to teach people classic techniques to make inspiring deserts at home.
Clare Tetley, founder of Seasoned, said: “James’ knowledge and skills with pastry is superb and are all portrayed in a friendly, welcoming manner, with lots of hints, tips, stories and laughs along the way.”
James’ course is set to take place on Tuesday 19 June at the Seasoned Cookery School venue in Hartington.
