An auction has helped to raise around £2,500 for charity.
The current Matlock Mayor, Barry Hopkinson hosted the auction at Masson Mills, in Matlock Bath, in aid of his two chosen charities – Talking2Minds and Ashgate Hospice.
Around 100 people attended the evening and auctioneer Steven Iredale, from TV’s Dickinson’s Real Deal and Cash in the Attic, sold items such as a balloon flight for two people, a session in a recording studio and a signed Derby County Football Club.
Cllr Hopkinson said: “It was an excellent evening – it went really well.
“Masson Mills did a really good job and it was well supported by members of the public.”
