Wragg was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £318 and given a three-year football banning order.

He is not allowed in any pubs, off licences or any premises in Alfreton that sell alcohol six hours before and four hours after an Alfreton Town football fixture.

He is also not allowed within 500 yards of the Impact Arena when Alfreton Town play home games.

PC Roger Brown, Football Intelligence Officer for Alfreton, said: “These conditions are quite unusual but it shows the lengths the police and local football clubs will go to in order to ensure the safety of responsible fans.

“We encourage everyone to enjoy football matches in our county but if people drink too much alcohol and cause disorder they run the risk of being banned.

“We work with local clubs to make the match day experience as pleasurable as possible for everyone and will not tolerate a minority spoiling that hard work.“

A football banning order is a measure police can take to help prevent violence and disorder at football matches, both at home and abroad.

Breach of an order is a criminal offence which could lead to a prison sentence.
