Andrew Daniel Wilson, 20, of No Fixed Abode. Damaged a property. Damaged a Ford Focus. Failed to surrender to custody. Failed to comply with a community order. Dealt with for the original offence relating to the community order of stealing food valued at £128.09 belonging to Tesco. Also dealt with for an original offence, relating to the community order, of entering Londis as a trespasser and stealing energy drinks valued at £44.40. Committed to a young offenders’ institution for 15 weeks.

Ryan John Memmory, 30, of Green Lane, Killamarsh. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order in that he failed to attend with a responsible officer. Order to continue and fined £100.

Dominic Lee Brooks, 23, of Aiden Avenue, Shuttelwood. Being the owner of a dog which was dangerous and not kept under control was subject to an application for the dog to be kept under control. Order made for dog to be kept under control. Being the owner of a dog allowed it to enter the garden of a home where it was not permitted to be. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £260 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Anthony Isaac Bilson, 24, of No fixed address. Dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a mountain bike. Failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for 13 weeks.

Theft

Adam Peter Rice, 36, of Church Street, Riddings, Alfreton. Stole four steaks and a joint of beef. Fined £73 and must pay £50.54 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Damien Andrew Daniel Watkinson, 25, of Walker Avenue, Ripley. Stole seven blu ray DVDs valued at £103. Community order until March, 2016, with employment, training and education activity and a thinking skills programme and supervision. Fined £37 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Drugs

Samuel Cox, 26, of Creswell Road, Clowne. Possession of 3.6grammes of cannabis, a class B drug. Fined £227 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £87 costs. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Fined £227.

Alexander David Ball, 22, of Vernon Road, Chesterfield. Possession of methylmethcathinone, a controlled drug of class B. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sandy Hughes, 35, of Penncroft Lane, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine, a class A drug. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
