Stole cleaning fluids valued at £55 belonging to Loggins, on Ashgate Road, Chesterfield. Stole DVDs valued at £80 belonging to ASDA. Stole baby clothes valued at £100 belonging to Boots. Commission of a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence order for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of stealing XBox One games valued at £176 belonging to Tesco and more Xbox One games valued at £300 belonging to Tesco. Committed to prison for 24 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Adam Robert Moulds, 24, of Longshaw Close, Staveley. Sent by means of electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Community order to last until January 29, 2016, with supervision and an unpaid work requirement of 120 hours. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robert Naylor, 43, of Trent Grove, Alfreton. Damaged a Nissan Micra. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Alexander Petrillo, 29, of Windrush Court, Lydden Close, Chesterfield. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend and failing to keep in touch and failed to provide verification as a reason for absence. Fined £110 and the order is to continue.

Mark Andrew Revill, 37, of Birdholme Crescent, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely produced stolen cheques, intending to make a gain of £195, another of £195, £108.50, £110, £112.50, £88.50, £108 and another £108 and stole a cheque book. Given a 12 week custodial sentence.

Jamie Ronald Malcolm Robinson, 23, of Houghton Road, Bolsover. Damaged a mobile phone to the value of £200. Fined £100 and must pay £50 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Samantha Jane Hayto, 42, Stanton Moor View, Matlock. Caused wasteful employment of the police by making a false report. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £100 compensation and pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Michael Philip Gibson, 38, of Edward Street, Eckington. Had an article which had a blade or a sharp point, namely a carpenter’s tools, in a public place. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dale Thomas Digby, 19, of Walgrove Avenue, Chesterfield. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. No separate penalty. Damaged a trolley belonging to Tesco and valued at £100. Resisted a police constable in the execution of their duty. Community order to last until February 2, 2016, with a resolve programme, supervision and 40 hours of unpaid work.

Zaccari Arthur James Sedwick, 21, of Kingsley Avenue, Chesterfield. Assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision and an alcohol specified activity requirement. Restraining order to last until February 1, 2016. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.
