The latest Chesterfield magistrates’ court results as published in the March 19 edition of the Derbyshire Times are listed below.

Assault

Helen Bunting, 40, of Sherwood Street, Chesterfield. Assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Daniel Keith Cooke, 29, of No Fixed Address. Assault. Commission of an offence during a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for an original offence of assault. Committed to prison for four months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Marek Dabrowski, 46, of Hawthorne Avenue, Creswell. Damaged a police car. No separate penalty. Assault. Committed to prison for 23 weeks. Restraining order until March 9, 2016. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Jonathan Tremain Thomas Small, 40, of Creswell Road, Clowne. Assault. Resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order for 12 months with a Building Better Relationships Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work and a two-year restraining order.

Nicky Lee Mikysa, 26, of St Augustine’s Mount, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Three counts of assault. Community order until March 10, 2016, with a curfew and supervision. Must pay £300 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Motoring

Rebecca Louise Critchlow, 23, of Oakwood Way, Mastin Moor, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. No totting disqualification. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a wall and fence and a street sign and failed to report the accident to police and failed to stop. No separate penalty.

Jacqueline Beale, 45, of Hilsea Derby Road, Wirksworth, Matlock. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty. Also failed to stop after the accident. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points.

Noel hartley, 56, of Lake Side Close, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Speeding. Fined £40 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Jonathan Malcolm Evans, 32, of The Miers, Birchover, Matlock. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Joshua James Roe, 21, of Barlborough Road, Clowne. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £400 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Sarah Jane Breen, 41, of Westlea, Clowne. Speeding. Fined £400 and must pay a £40 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with four points. A further count of speeding. Fined £400 and must pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record further endorsed with four points.

Georgina Kesson Burton, 56, of New Bolsover, Bolsover. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £600 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Jeremy Alfred Gipson, 51, of West Street, Eckington. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £253 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Lewis Mosley, 27, of Cranborne Road, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £400 and must pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Gary Hugh Osborne, 44, of Ravensdale Road, Dronfield Woodhouse, Dronfield. Speeding. No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances concerning hardship. Fined £280 and must pay a £28 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Other

Stefan Liam Watkinson, 20, of No Fixed Address. Two counts of committing arson involving a bin. Committed to prison for six weeks. Must pay £40 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge.

Jordan Paul Moore, 30, of Hanbury Close, Chesterfield. Damaged a car. Twice phoned an ex-partner while prohibited from doing so. Was outside an address while prohibited from being there. Committed further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Dealt with for original offence of texting and phoning while prohibited from doing so. Committed to prison for 74 weeks.

Marie louise Storey, 34, of Spital Lane, Chesterfield. Breached a disqualification by keeping a racoon dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier type dog and a chameleon and a Royal Python. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for two years with supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £1,000 costs and disqualified from owning animals for life.

Wayne Ridley, 30, of Welbeck Street, Whitwell. Dishonestly used a quantity of electricity without due authority. Fined £55 and must pay £129.84 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Drugs

Daniel Cardwell, 30, of Wilden Croft, Brimington, Chesterfield. Possession of a quantity of cocaine, a controlled class A drug. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jacob John Pablo Whooley, 25, of Wheatcroft Close, Wirksworth, Matlock. Possession of methylmethcathinone, a controlled class B drug. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Dene Michael Evans, 36, of St James Close, Chesterfield. Stole SD memory cards valued at £72 belonging to Wilkinson’s. Fined £50 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kelly Hibbard, 27, of Old Coppice Side, Heanor. Stole four chairs and a washing machine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £300 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

Paul Andrew Jackson, 50, of Main Street, Bolsover. Stole food valued at £6.08 belonging to the Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Stole gammon and cat food. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £22 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Matthew Devine, 28, of No Fixed address. Attempted to steal meat valued at £11 belonging to the Co-op. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Andrew David robinson, 36, of Lings Crescent, North Wingfield. Stole a 52inch plasma TV. Community order until September 10 with a curfew for eight weeks with electronic monitoring and supervision. Ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daryl Anthony Seabridge, 25, of Hundall Court, Grasscroft Close, Chesterfield. Stole a bottle of Marisco wine valued at £4.99 belonging to the Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £4.99 compensation.
