As previously reported, Hadfield’s Alexandria Hollinghurst, her boyfriend Brandon Goode and Officer Robert German were found dead with gunshot wounds to their heads in Florida in the early hours of March 22.

A report prepared by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office has concluded that the policeman was shot and killed while on duty by one of the two teens.

The pair then fled the scene at the Orlando suburb of Windermere, where Brandon, 18, shot himself first, two minutes after the officer’s murder.

Forensics revealed Alexandria, a former St Andrew’s C of E Junior School pupil, then shot herself 45 seconds after her boyfriend.

The 17-year-old, known as Alex, had emigrated to Davenport, Florida, with her family six years ago.

Prior to their deaths, the 273-page investigation revealed the couple were arrested for possession of marijuana and alcohol on February 24.

On March 5, Alex wrote a love letter to Brandon stating: “There is no one I would rather run away with and no one I would rather spend the rest of my life with.”

On March 21, the pair were reported missing and endangered from their perspective residences in Polk County.

Alex had left her mother, Debra Hollinghurst, a letter expressing her anger and frustration about her inability to understand her, which ended: “I wish I were never born.”
