Conor Dolan, 20, of Bradshaw Avenue, Riddings, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a glass window valued at £140.31. Fined £75 and must pay £140.31 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jason Stephen Singleton, 41, of Catford Court, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to having entered a dwelling as a trespasser and stealing a Beats Pill Bluetooth Speaker, Samsung Galaxy Tablet, and money tin containing approximately £250 in cash and a bottle of Jack Daniels and an oversized vodka bottle. Must pay £250 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £180 court charge. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months with supervision and a drug rehabilitation requirement and thinking skills programme.

Jamie Wilkinson, 20, of Upper Greenhill Gardens, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to damaging a door belonging to The Guiness Partnership. Community order to last until January 16, 2016, with a nine week curfew with electronic monitoring and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and a £150 court charge.

Charles Edward Streather, 58, of Hartington Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to damaging a double glazed panel of glass to a UPVC front door. Fined £100 and must pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Scott David Pizer, 39, of Blacksmith Lane, Calow, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence order. Order to continue as custody of 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision and a drug rehabilitation requirement. Must pay a £100 court charge. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements. Fined £100.

Glynn William Williams, 46, of Middleton Drive, Inkersall, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following a release from prison by failing to attend an address. Fined £50.

Sharon Margaret Foster, 59, of Fairfield Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat products belonging to Lidl. Fined £75 and must pay £1.19 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for two thefts and a bail act offence. No action taken on the breach.

Andrew Christopher Firmin, 52, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing DVDs. Admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for ten offences of theft from a shop. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original ten thefts which were subject to the suspended sentence order including stealing five DVDs, SD cards and DVDs, more SD cards and DVDs, more SD cards and DVDs, a jar of coffee and a box of brunch bars, two bars of chocolate, a packet of Rizla, two more SD memory cards, another SD memory card, and two more SD memory cards. Tracy Jayne Hutton-Clark, 52, of Statham Avenue, New Tupton, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £810 and must pay an £81 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle which was involved in an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to stop. No separate penalty.
