Andrea Patricia Healey,42, of Tavistock Court, Arundel Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing grocery items valued at £377.40 belonging to Tesco. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and a £180 courts charge.

Alun James McDonald, 44, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two electric shavers valued at £39.98 belonging to Boyes Discount Store, at Eastwood. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and an £80 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to stealing cigarettes and mobile phones. Admitted the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for two thefts. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the conditional discharge of two thefts. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Andrew McCreadie, 37, of Didcot Close, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a bottle of perfume valued at £59 belonging to Debenhams, in Chesterfield. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £59 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Lynne Henchliffe, 52, of Brookhill Avenue, Pinxton. Pleaded guilty to stealing numerous items valued at £27.65 belonging to B&M Bargains. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £15.41 belonging to Home Bargains. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Robert Russell, 67, of Orchard View, Bolsover. Found guilty of stealing a stamp collection. Community order to last until November 11, 2016, with a curfew for three months with electronic monitoring and 140 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Teresa Spencer, 38, of Fairholmes, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to stealing four cans of cider valued at £3.50 belonging to the Co-op. Must pay £3.50 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to stealing confectionary belonging to Matlock Green garage. Must pay £5 compensation. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Leslie Charles Salmon, 43, of Cobnar Drive, Newbold, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in public. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Elliot Moakes, 28, of George Street, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £200 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Christopher Cooper, 25, of Acres Road, Lower Pilsley, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to harassment by text messages and Instagram posts. Community order to last until April 1, 2017, with a building better relationships programme and a rehabilitation activity requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order to last until May 1, 2017. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

John Martin David Green, 58, of Rocester Way, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after a release from prison. Indicated a guilty plea to being drunk and in possession of a drinking vessel in a public place containing alcohol which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 courts charge. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order for the offence of breaching a criminal behaviour order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of breaching a criminal behaviour order by being drunk in public which was subject to a suspended sentence. Committed to prison for 32 weeks.

Lewis Hayden Hadland-Jackson, 23, of High Street, Codnor. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 2.66grammes of MCat, a controlled class B drug. Fined £133 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £180 courts charge. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 1.01 grammes of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. No separate penalty. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 1.02grammes of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. No separate penalty.

David John Middleton, 53, of Upper Greenhill Gardens, Matlock. Admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months for possessing a class B drug. No action taken on the breach. Pleaded guilty to assault. Community order to last until August 2, 2016, with an alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement.
