A bull which had fallen down a slope has been safely rescued by the fire service.

Crews from Matlock, the specialist response for animal rescue, and Crich were called out to the Derbyshire Dales yesterday, Saturday, September 30 at around 8pm.

A fire and rescue spokesman said: “We rescued a bull that had fallen down a slope, both a vet and the owner were also in attendance.”
