A WELL known food campaigner and celebrity chef is set to teach one Dales cookery school about the joys of the Great British Sausage on an upcoming visit.

Rachel Green will be hosting a full day cookery course dedicated to the Great British Sausage on Thursday 6 September at Tideswell Cookery School.

The full day cookery course pays homage to Rachel’s popular cookery book, Sausages: Making the most of the Great British Sausage.

Some of the dishes that will be covered during the hands-on cookery course include: sausage, bacon and potato frit tata; sausages and gnocchi, pumpkin and sage cream; venison sausages with sour cream and cranberries.

People may recognise Rachel from appearances on BBC3’s Kill It! Cook It! Eat It! and Farm of Fussy Eaters on UK TV Style.
