Kimberley Rachel Cross, 25, of Hucklow Avenue, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Community order to last until November 10, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work.

Maria Cross, 46, of Lings Crescent, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Community order to last until November 10, 2017, with 120 hours of unpaid work.

Anthony John Harrison, 35, of Wellington Street, Matlock. Found guilty of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Must pay £115 compensation.

Andrew Mark Lomas, 40, of No Fixed Abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Pleaded guilty to damaging a mobile phone and vehicle windscreen. Pleaded guilty to damaging an outside security light. Junior Agustus Green, 60, of Derby Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £84 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Alexander Quinn, 33, of Radbourne Common, Dronfield Woodhouse, Dronfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to report to a relevant officer and provide proof of absence. No adjudication. Convicted of taking a child under the age of 16 without lawful authority. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work.

Joseph Curtis, 23, of Elm Tree Crescent, Dronfield. Pleaded guilty to having a baseball bat without reasonable excuse in a public place. Committed to prison for 21 weeks suspended for 12 months with a three-month curfew with electronic monitoring and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay £150 compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.

Michael Freeman, 49, of South Street, Swanwick, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a telephone to the value of £40. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Graham John Taylor, 64, of Orchard Close, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to stalking and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that he phoned and texted someone and followed her around in his car and parked on her street. Community order to last until May 15, 2018, and must complete a Building Better Relationships programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Restraining order to last until November 15, 2018. Sibusiso President Nhlabathi, 27, of Clowne Road, Barlborough. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120 and must pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in the defendant’s breath exceeded the prescribed limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Must pay £150 compensation. Admitted committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for offences of theft. No adjudication. Conviction of an offence while a community order for an offence of theft is in force. Community order revoked. Dealt with for the original offences of stealing alcohol belonging to the Co-op, stealing an XBox One controller. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.
