PEAK DISTRICT: Project encourages elderly to work with artists

A project which sees elderly people working with artists is looking for new members.

The Memory Lane project encourages pensioners from Age UK groups to work with an artist to identify and draw a building which is significant to them.

The pictures will be displayed in their venue to be viewed by friends, family and members of the public.

Workshops are being delivered in Hartington, Hope, Bakewell and Chesterfield and now there are places available at the Hartington Age UK group.
