School closures on Tuesday, 5 February

The following schools are closed due to heavy snow and icy conditions.

Inkersall Primary School - We will open at 10am today because of worsening road conditions preventing staff arriving. Regret the message having to be later than usual due to snow starting later. Take care delivering children to us.

Hague Bar Primary School - School closed todaydue to adverse weather, trafficand staffing problems.

Bramley Vale Primary School - We are closed today due to snow and unpassable roads.

Hadfield Nursery School - Unfortunately the school is closed today as we are unable to keep our access paths clear and safe.

Buxton Support Centre - Buxton Support Centre is closed to KS3 pupils this morning. A decision will be made later about the afternoon session.

Newtown Primary School - School closed due to bad weather.

Edale CE Primary School - We are closed due to snow.

Eckington Junior School - School closed today due to the severe weather conditions and the inability to confirm the safe delivery of school dinners. Staff currently in school will remain until all children have been safely collected.

Unstone St. Marys Infant School - Due to lack of staff and poor weather conditions we have had to close for today. Crow Lane is dangerous at the moment.

Lenthall Infant and Nursery School - School closed due to bad weather

Hodthorpe Primary School - School closed today due to snow preventing staff getting to school and worsening weather conditions.

Holmesdale Infant School - Due to the weather Holmesdale Infant School is closed today Tuesday 5th February.

Barlow C of E Primary - School closed due to bad weather

Henry Bradley Infant School - School closed due to hazardous weather conditions.

St Andrews Junior School - School closed today, Tuesday 5 February, due to heavy snow.
