Stuck in snow

Firefighters from Matlock and Ashbourne were called to assist an off-road driver that had become stuck in a snow drift that was three feet deep.

On Friday, January 25 at 4pm, crews were called to assist the motorist, who had got stuck at Pike Hall, Parwich.

Firefighters had to winch the 4x4 vehicle out of the snow drift before taking the vehicle to a clear stretch of road. Crews left the scene at 4.34pm.
