Tansley top ten

A collection from Tansley Church and Village has raised an impressive £1527 for the Children’s Society.

This latest donation puts the church amongst the top ten donators in the Diocese of Derby.

Bob and Marion Ball, who have been organising fundraising activities in Tansley for the past 25 years, have said that almost £20,000 has been raised in that time. But “due to the generosity of the people of Tansley” this year’s collection has been the best so far.
