Anti-knife film needs cash for production

An Ilkeston film maker is part of a team working on a short movie to promote the anti-knife crime message in the midlands.

Ashley Carter, 25, is working with McGibney Productions on the film which will be shown in schools and at youth clubs.

He said: “There’s a very serious message behind the film which is the reason we were keen to be involved.
