Nicola Jayne Lycett, 27, of Bolsover Road, Shuttlewood, Chesterfield. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £160 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Peter Stephen Oldknow, 60, of Larkspur Close, Broadmeadows, South Normanton. Assaulted a police constable. Fined £231. Assaulted another police constable. Fined £231 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Michael George Betton, 48, of Hunloke Road, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Two counts of assaulting a police constable. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay £100 compensation.

Leroy Antony Ashmore, 34, of Highbury Road, Chesterfield. Damaged a Buddi Tracker valued at £40 belonging to Derbyshire Constabulary. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £40 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Richard Gelsthorpe, 25, of Valley Road, Spital, Chesterfield. Damaged a games machine valued at £600. Community order for twelve months with 40 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £600 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Anthony Shear, 39, of Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield. Stole a roll of tin foil belonging to Lidl. Community order until January, 2015, with drug rehabilitation requirement. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin Esteban Giraudo, 18, c/o Brimington Road, Chesterfield. Stole belt valued at £10 belonging to Tesco. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MarK Hill, 33, of Birchen Close, Loundsley Green, Chesterfield. Stole DVDs. Had an article for use in connection with a theft. Fined £55 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order for a year with training activity and a thinking skills programme and supervision.

Sophie Anne Pirie, 32, of Birchen Close, Chesterfield. Stole DVDs. Had an article for use in connection with a theft. Community order for 12 months with a training activity, a thinking skills programme and supervision. Fined £55 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vaidas Pilibaitis, 40, of Green Farm Close, Chesterfield. Stole a TV box and a bottle of Baileys. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
