Michelle Louise Mellor, 38, of Upper Greenhill Gardens, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police constable. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £51 costs.

Trevor Hames, 30, of Welbeck Close, Somercotes, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards police officers. Community order to last until August 29, 2016, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £160 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

John William Clarke, 52, of Springbank Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jude Parker, 19, of King Street, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to entering a train without having a valid ticket. Fined £40 and must pay £5.10 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Liam Joseph Charlesworth, 25, of Pinfold Close, Holymoorside, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises knowing someone was present opposed to the entry. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to stalking which amounted to harassment by phoning, texting and going to an address. Community order to last until March 1, 2017, with 100 hours of unpaid work. Jeremy Andrew Mitchell, 31, of Hunloke Avenue, Boythorpe, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas Daniel Crossan, 20, of Scotland Street, Whitwell. Pleaded guilty to stealing two crates of beer. Fined £80 and must pay £16 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

David Steven Bailey, 31, of Central Drive, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Failed to comply with a community order. Dealt with for the original offence relating to the order of stealing diesel. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months with 80 hours of unpaid work.

Drugs

Brendan Anthony Hickey, 31, of King Street, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea for possessing 8mg of buprenorphine. Fined £40 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Fined £120.
