Raymond Allen, 67, of Poolsbrook Road, Duckmanton, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to making a false statement by informing insurers he held a full driving licence. Fined £200. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. No separate penalty.

Master Ashley Craig Dixon, 23, of Ash Crescent, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner and owing to the driving an accident occurred and damage was caused. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months with a Thinking Skills Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop after an accident which caused damage. No separate penalty.

Slawek Ratajzyk, 38, of Ashlea Mill Street, Somercotes, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £675 and must pay a £67 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Justin Mark Nussey, 32, of Thickley Close, Shirebrook. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order to last until March 7, 2017, with 150 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 45 months.

Christopher Paul Bullock, 23, of Scarsdale Street, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to damaging a front door. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fined £80.

Michael John Smith, 41, of Willow Garth Road, Chesterfield. Found guilty of dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods namely a Samsung S4 Mini valued at £130. Discharged conditionally for two years. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £310 costs.

David Garrett, 34, of Oakes Row, Ironville. Proved in absence that he attempted to steal a lap top valued at £249.99 belonging to Sainsbury’s. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Alan Christopher Siddall, 44, of Glumangate, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with a community order by failing to report to the relevant officer. Fined £80.

Shaun Adrian Svilts, 46, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Admits failing to comply with the requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report to a relevant officer on or after January 14. Order to continue for a term of 16 weeks suspended for 24 months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and a Drug Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Also admits breaching a community order on or after November 11, 2015, by failing to report to a relevant officer. Fined £80.

Lesley Booker, 30, of Wateringbury Close, Staveley. Proved in absence that they were the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and injured someone. Unless the dog is kept under control on a lead and with a muzzle in public it must be destroyed. Fined £180 and must pay £100 compensation and £300 costs.

Charlotte Dixon, 31, of Yarncliffe Close, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control and injured someone. Unless the dog is kept under control by being muzzled and on a lead in public and is under the control of someone not aged under 16 it must be destroyed. Fined £180 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge. Must also pay £85 costs.

Baden Richard Edgson, 45, of Cavendish Road, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to harassment while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. Pleaded guilty to stalking. Community order to last until September 8, 2017, with a Building Better Relationships programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order to last until March 8, 2018. Must pay £240 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Stephen Anthony Wright, 32, of Gorse Valley Road, Hasland, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing groceries. Must pay £40 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £13.16 belonging to Jack Fulton Frozen Foods. Fined £40 and must pay £13.16 compensation.

Mark Andrew Revill, 38, of Birdholme Crescent, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a mobile phone. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. Fined £40.

Daniel Jon McKay, 31, of Moorland Drive, Heath, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing two bicycles. Community order to last until March 3, 2017, with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and a 16 week curfew and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Tomlinson, 19, of Main Road, Leabrooks, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly receiving stolen goods namely jackets. Fined £80 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £125 costs. Pleaded guilty to stealing a Gronola slice. Must pay 55p compensation.

Assault

Paul Davies, 73, of Low Common, Renishaw. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to damaging a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and a t-shirt. Must pay £500 compensation.

Ryan Callum Simms, 23, of James Street, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 18 months. Restraining order to last until March 6, 2018. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Justin Burroughs, 40, of Greenram Close, Newbold, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £50 compensation and £100 costs.
