Plans for a water bottling plant at Cowdale Quarry, with a new access road to the A6, have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council.
Express Park Buxton Limited are seeking approval for a plant totalling 15,845 square metres, including 600 square metres of offices, ancillary car and cycle parking and a new access road via a tunnel off the A6.
A previous application for the site was rejected by the council, and an appeal to the Planning Inspector was dismissed in 2012.
In documentation supporting the application, Express Park Buxton Ltd say the new proposals have taken into account concerns raised by the inspector. The development could create 100 jobs.
The plans will go before councillors on April 14.
