Love was given an early-morning wake up call this week thanks to catering staff at a Matlock school. Those who run the early-morning breakfast club at All Saints’ Infants proved to be early-rising romantics yesterday to put together a really special Valentine’s Day breakfast for the rest of the school. Amongst the items on the menu for the Cupid-themed feast was heart-shaped toast, heart-shaped biscuits and even ‘love potion’ drink- a mixture of strawberry and blueberry milkshake.

With Valentine’s Day not scheduled until Tuesday, February 14, the school were keen to mark the occasion with the breakfast club.
