LETTER: Thanks for PCC votes

I would like to express my thanks to all the 78,855 people in Derbyshire who voted for me in the Police and Crime Commissioner election. '¨It was the largest number of votes ever received by someone in a Derbyshire election. For that I am most humbly grateful. '¨And to those of you who voted for my opponents or did not cast a vote I can assure you that I will be acting to represent all people in Derbyshire and ensure that our excellent police force continues to keep this county a safe place to live and work. '¨Victims will be at the heart of everything I do, urban, suburban and rural areas of Derbyshire will be my foremost concern as I strive to protect communities and fight crime.
