This is what Derbyshire Times readers thought of the new Cadbury Creme Egg advert

The advert has received mixed reviews online, with audiences split between praising the confectionery company and those who felt it was too steamy for day time TV.
Reader Lisa Stoker said: “In 2021 it should be as normal as if it were anyone else.”

Hide AdIan Smith agrees, he said: “It's an ad in 2021 anyone who gets offended by it needs to sit down in front of a mirror and asks themselves some serious questions.”
Reader Ross Shipman said: “Imagine being such a wet wipe that you’re offended over seeing a bloke eating a Creme Egg out another blokes mouth.”
But most of our readers were not concerned over the content of the advert but instead were enraged that anybody would share the chocolate treat.
