Patients in Derbyshire are helping to shape services

Have your say

Derbyshire patients are being asked whether they would recommend services to their friends and family.

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (DHCFT) has welcomed this approach to patient feedback, making it a high priority target.

The Prime Minister has recommended, in the first instance, a target of ten per cent of patients are asked the question, however DHCFT has agreed a target of 90 per cent in order for this feedback to form an integral part of  the organisation’s ongoing real time feedback initiatives.

The trust intends to release its own findings on a quarterly basis giving the public an open and honest account of acute care wards within DHCFT, allowing them to make informed healthcare provider choices.
