Motorists are being advised to avoid a road near Chesterfield because of a fallen tree.

Works Road, between Barrow Hill and Hollingwood, was blocked this morning because of the incident.

Photographs of the scene have been posted on Facebook and drivers are being urged to avoid the area until the tree and debris are cleared.
