Travel update for Derbyshire

Motorists and commuters in and around Derbyshire are being warned about the following delays and disruptions to travel today, Thursday, August 6.

On the A52 Derbyshire there is water main work and temporary traffic lights on A52 Ashbourne Road in Kirk Langley near the Flagshaw Lane junction. Expect delays.

There are temporary traffic lights on A6 Derby Road in Ambergate between the Devonshire Street junction and the Holly Lane junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on A608 Heanor Road in Heanor at the Heanor Gate Road junction.

Long Lane in Broadbottom is closed in both directions between the A626 Glossop Road junction and the Mottram Road junction, because of roadworks.

There are temporary traffic lights on A6005 Derby Road in Draycott near the Nooning Lane junction.

There are roadworks on A624 Charlestown Road in Glossop at the Turnlee Road junction. Expect delays.

There is water main work and temporary traffic lights on A623 The Avenue in Stoney Middleton at the High Street junction.

There are temporary traffic lights on A619 Baslow Road in Holymoorside between the Holymoor Road junction and the Brookside Bar junction.

There is gas main work and temporary traffic lights on A6 Haddon Road in Bakewell at the Holywell junction.
