MATLOCK AC women runners continue to overshadow their male colleagues in local competition, and in the Clowne Half Marathon they won the women's team prize.
In a field of 545 runners Jenny Reed finished 61st in one hour 28 minutes to take the under 21 prize.
Christine Howard was 66th in 1.29 as first veteran woman, and Julie Goodwin anchored the team home in 244th place in 1.45.
