IN Division Two North, Pilsley's Saeed Bin Nasir put Darley Dale to the sword with 115 in his side's total of 196-6.
He then collected 3-17 with the ball as Darley held out for a losing draw, posting 79-7.

Ambergate’s Rob Heath scored 73 and Andrew Layton 52 to help their team to 203-3.

Shazad Ahmed took 4-16 and Matt Ball 3-19 as Belper Amateurs were reduced
to 72 all out.

South Wingfield’s Richard Briggs took 4-67, but the batting line-up could only score 113-8 in response to Belper Meadows’ 206-5, Andy Bacon top scoring for Wingfield with 36.

In Division Three Andrew Walker fell one short of his half century as Ashover posted 162-7 chasing Breadsall’s 186-8.

South Wingfield seconds were all out for 55, 150 short of Belper Meadows seconds’ score in Division Four.

But Cromford enjoyed a four-wicket win over Holmewood, largley due to an all-round performance from Adrian Kershaw, who took 5-21 and then scored an unbeaten 38.

Ambergate seconds beat Butterley United by 26 runs in a low-scoring contest, Mark Wharton-Howett taking 4-23.

Ashover seconds had Roger Bolstridge in fine form, scoring 76 in their 180-5.

Adam Walker then took 4-29 a Alfreton thirds were halted on 132-9.

Chris Sellors and Andrew Hartley both scored 22, but Darley Dale seconds’ total of 98-7 was surpassed by Chesterfield with seven wickets intact.

Finally, in Division Seven North, Cromford’s Jack Currell took 4-42 to restrict Holmewood seconds to 162-8.

Karl Tomlinson’s 43 and Sean Beastall’s 53, both undefeated, eased Cromford to an eight-wicket win.

l IN the Mansfield Sunday League, Talib Hussain’s 82 formed all abut 40 of Ashover seconds’ innings total of 122 all out, 13 short of Calow’s 135-9.

South Wingfield’s 141 was eased past by Pilsley with eight wickets to spare.
