That is according to assistant manager, George Foster who was James Rowe’s second in command at Gloucester City and again now at the Technique Stadium.
Town’s run of just two defeats in 16 has led fans to dream of promotion and a return to the Football League.

Hide AdFoster was reluctant to say what could be achieved this season, but there is no doubt that the Blues, currently ninth and two points off the play-offs, are only looking up.
“There is no place for negative people, not around here, it is about being positive and confident and the results are showing that there is something special going on at this place," he said.
“With the greatest respect to where the club was, I think we have only been looking upwards since we arrived at the football club.
“There is so much excitement around, so much positivity around, but all we can do is keep our feet on the floor.”

Hide AdFoster, 64, played for rivals Mansfield Town for a decade and then led them to promotion as manager but his priorities lie with Chesterfield now.
“As you know I was a Stag for a long time but this is a special place, this is a special club, with special people, no doubt about it,” he said.
The Spireites face 15th-placed Maidenhead United away on Saturday and a win could take them into the play-off positions.
“In the last five or six games we have played against teams in the play-off positions, we have played teams in form, all we can do is our preparation and all we can do is beat them,” Foster said. “If we carry on like we are, we can get right up amongst it. Only time will tell where we will finish.”

Hide AdFoster added that Rowe had put together a ‘quality’ squad and that it is becoming difficult who to leave out, with the impressive Will Evans and Haydn Hollis not making the starting line-up for the last two matches.
“Their performances have been tremendous but we are going to need this (competition) if we are going to arrive where all of us want to be,” Foster said.
