Darts fans will be in for a real treat next Thursday (September 11) when an event takes place in Derby.
Organised by Kilburn’s Andy Shaw and Jude Stone (aka Golden Events Management), Clash Of The Tungstens is taking place at The Spot, based on Wilmot Street in the city centre, with doors opening at 6pm, and is aiming to raise money for the Royal British Legion.
There will be a star line-up of darts players taking part, including five-times World Champion and Sky TV pundit Eric Bristow, as well as Derby’s very own Jamie Caven, Eastwood’s Aden Kirk and Kyle Anderson who was in action on Challenge TV at the weekend in the 2014 Sydney Darts Masters.
Andy Shaw spends some of his time as a marker on the PDC Pro Tour, and will be returning to that role on the weekend following this event. He believes darts fans will be able to enjoy a great night at Clash Of The Tungstens, while raising money for a worthwhile cause.
Also appearing at the event will be TV master of ceremonies Paul Booth as your MC for the night.
There will be a licensed bar at the event and some tickets are still available.
