Super talented Paul Metcalfe is known as one of the leading Rod Stewart tribute artists with his authentic and charismatic performance as the legendary singer-songwriter winning him his own followers.

The Rod Stewart Story, which stops off at Buxton Opera House on May 31, journeys through the singer’s career, with all the massive hits and classic rockers covered such as Maggie May, Baby Jane and Do Ya Think I’m Sexy through to big ballads such as Sailing, You’re In My Heart and Tonight’s The Night.

Paul, who has been taking off the star for around 20 years, makes every effort to resemble Rod, including his feather-cut hair, outfits based on those he wore and a straight white mic stand just like Rod’s.
