The Matlock Festival concludes this weekend with a bumper selection events taking place in and around the town.
One of these features Facsimile in a gig called The Acoustic Sessions, to take place at Matlock’s Twenty Ten Bar, on Friday, July 18, getting under way at 8.30pm. Entry is free.
Facsimile are one of the country’s best cover bands, featuring Olliver Taylor-Fry (lead singer), Liam Barkley-Smith (guitar), Gareth Metcalf (guitar), ‘Miffy’ (Bass) and Dave Layzell (drums)
They will be playing a wide selection of songs from bands such as Kings Of Leon, Red Hot Chilli Pepers, Ed Sheeran and many more.
Support on the night comes from Jamie And Molly-May, plus Gaz McCabe.
Having last year completely blown the audience away with two incredible sets, Matlock Festival had to ask Facsimile back for another show. They are guaranteed to have you up on the dance floor until you can move no more.
They will be hosting their very own night with support from two of their favourite acoustic artists.
