Ripley-based singer/songwriter David Lacey continues a busy period of performing with a gig at The Fishpond in Matlock Bath this week.
David has a new record available online and on CD from a dozen independent record stores across the Midlands, including at Derby, Chesterfield and Langley Mill. Songs from the record have recently featured on BBC Introducing.
He has performed over 150 shows across the Midlands this year. He has supported acts such as Dodgy and Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly. Songs from his debut mini-album Concrete Rivers have recently featured on BBC radio and live performances of two original songs have been broadcast on BBC Radio Derby.
With new recordings already being produced and gig dates in Europe coming up in 2015, there is plenty to look forward to from this promising talent.
Concrete Rivers is available now from iTunes, Amazon and all download stores worldwide and also available on CD from BPM Records in Derby, Langley Mill Records, and Tailbird Records in Chesterfield, among others.
His gig at The Fishpond in Matlock Bath is on Thursday, November 20, from 9pm, and then at the Spanker Inn in Nether Heage from 9pm on November 29. Entry is free for both gigs.
