Three entertaining evenings looking at the virtues and vices of human nature will be taking place in the Dales.

High Tor Players will be presenting their latest production Luvvier and Lustier kicking off tonight at The Medway Centre in Bakewell.

The show will then be taking place at the Terrace Rooms, in Darley Dale’s Whitworth Centre, on Friday and at Ashover’s Parish Hall on Saturday.

The event will include songs, poems, sketches, quotations, humour and pathos all with an element of either love or lust and sometimes a little of both.

It follows on from a successful production a few years called Love and Lust.

The production will be directed by Liz McKenzie, a long time member of the Matlock-based amateur dramatics group.

All shows start at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £7 from Susan Devaney on 01629 733407 or from Matlock’s Tourist Information Centre in Crown Square.
