Catch this cop turned comic

The second of two Edinburgh Fringe previews is to be held at Number 28 in Belper Market Place on Thursday, July 9, starting at 8pm.

This latest gig features Alfie Moore in this show A Fair Cop Stands Up.

Cop-turned-comedian Alfie, who can currently be heard in the second series of his BBC Radio 4 comedy It’s a Fair Cop, returns following his 2014 sell-out Edinburgh with a dynamic and hilarious plan to resuscitate the thin blue line.

This is a brand new show that’s sometimes shocking, often thought-provoking but always funny.

Also on the bill will be Accident Avoiding Training For Cutlery Users - Level One featuring Ian Crawford. Learn how to safely operate a butter knife.

Discover how to minimise injuries from unsupervised forks, develop and fine-tune your personal “Spoon-Sense” - Think Once, Think Twice, Think Fork, Spoon and Knife.

This is inspired character comedy with a gentle bite from a Daily Telegraph Open Mic Finalist and Curve Theatre Comedy Competition Winner at Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival.

Admission is £7, and tickets are available via shipoffoolscomedy@yahoo.co.uk or 07804 563371
