FORAGING:Freelance broadcaster and author Dr. Patrick Harding will guide guests as they forage for unusual foods in Baslow Hall gardens at Fischer’s .It starts at 10.30 am with coffee, biscuits and an illustrated talk, entitled ‘Foraging for food from the countryside’. At 11.45 am guests will then head out with Patrick into the grounds of Baslow Hall to identify edibles, before returning to the restaurant at 1 pm for a three-course special lunch that will include food gathered from the gardens and sourced from the Peak District.
