Bobby Davro's UK tour finale in Chesterfield

Comedian, impressionist and reality show star Bobby Davro is rounding off his nationwide tour in Chesterfield.

He winds up his 16-venue date road trip by playing at the Winding Wheel on Sunday, June 26.

Bobby has appeared on several television reality shows, including Celebrity Big Brother where he was shown to be hilarious, extremely tolerant though willing to speak his mind. He reached the final in which he came fourth.

Other reality shows which he has taken part in include Dancing On Ice, Come Dine With Me and The Games.

His major breakthrough came with an appearance in Live At Her Majesty’s in 1983, followed by Copy Cats. He went on to bag his own Saturday night series for ITV Bobby Davro On The Box, Bobby’s Sketch Pad and TV Weekly’s Bobby which immediately topped the ratings for six consecutive years.

In 1991 Bobby moved to the BBC and made three series, Public Enemy Number One, Rock With Laughter and Run The Risk.

Bobby hosted for Yorkshire Television’s Winner Takes It All for 65 programmes in 1997.

He has performed on hundreds of other entertainment shows over the years including ITV’s Your Face Sounds Familiar for his chosen charity Kids ‘n’ Cancer in 2013.

Bobby played the role of lovable rogue Vinnie Monks in EastEnders in 2007 and 2008. He was among a host of celebrities to appear with Peter Kay on The Proclaimers’ chart-topping hit 500 Miles.

Bobby has appeared in many pantomimes over the years alongside well-known faces including Melinda Messenger, Denise Welch, Lee Mead and Nigel Havers.

His dad Bill Nankeville was a renowned runner; a British national mile and 1500m champion, world record holder and represented Great Britain in two Olympic Games.

Bobby lives in Surrey with his daughters Brittany, 
Terney and Marnie. His rare moments away from showbusiness enables him to play golf, do a spot of fishing and enjoy a glass of Chardonnay in front of the telly.
