Chatsworth exhibition for Peak District Artisans

Two Matlock-based Peak District Artisans (PDA) are set to exhibit at one of the UK’s most prestigious estates.

The group’s 2015 Spring Showcase exhibition will take place at Chatsworth, showcasing the works of artists, artisans and designer-makers from across the region.

Matlock members Gary Sampson and Roger Allen will show their work alongside 34 members of PDA, whose art will be displayed in the beautiful setting of the Carriage House in the stables.

The exhibition, which opened yesterday (Wednesday, January 7) will run until March 22.

This is the second time that the group has collectively exhibited at Chatsworth.

PDA’s recently appointed chairman, Ingrid Karlsson-Kemp said: “It’s fantastic to be invited back to this stunning venue. This marks the beginning of our annual exhibition programme and we are looking forward to showcasing the breadth of talent PDA has to offer.”

The exhibition runs daily 10.30am – 3.30pm. March. Admission is free.
